1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Axora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Axora is an open-source AI gateway that provides:

  • A unified API for routing requests to multiple AI providers (Groq, Gemini, OpenRouter, OpenAI, Claude).
  • A built-in chat interface with conversation history.
  • API key management with provider scoping.
  • Usage analytics and cost tracking.
  • An admin dashboard for user and system management.
  • A knowledge base with semantic search (RAG).

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. API Usage and Rate Limits

  • API keys are subject to rate limits (20 requests per minute per key).
  • Monthly quotas apply based on your plan (Free: 1,000, Pro: 10,000, Enterprise: custom).
  • You are responsible for all requests made using your API keys.
  • You must not share API keys in public repositories, client-side code, or insecure channels.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Axora to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Send spam, phishing, or malicious content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service (except as permitted by the MIT license for the open-source code).
  • Use the service to develop competing products or services.
  • Abuse the rate limiting or fallback mechanisms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Axora software: Licensed under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute.
  • Your content: You retain all rights to your prompts, conversations, and knowledge base content.
  • Your data: We claim no ownership over your API usage data, conversations, or any content processed through the service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Third-Party Services

Axora routes requests to third-party AI providers (Groq, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter, Anthropic). Your use of these providers is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party providers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation.
  • Accuracy or reliability of any content obtained through the service.
  • Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AXORA, AIVORYLABS.IN, OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axora, Aivorylabs.in, and its contributors from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time from the profile page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
